Activities are rapidly increasing in our Clay County Extension Program.

You don't need to be a member to attend local meetings or county meetings. Anyone and everyone is always welcome.

Contact the Extension Office if you have any questions at 448-9041.

March 6, 1 p.m., at the Extension Office, the lesson, "Nutrition and Cancer," will be presented.

March 19, at 1 p.m., at the Extension Office, the lesson, "Cooking with Yeast," will be presented.

April 24, at 6:30 p.m., at the Clay County 4-H Faigrounds, the Homemakers Workshop/Cultural Arts event will take place. You have time to make exhibits for the cultural arts. Share you talents with Clay County.

April 30, at 1 p.m., at the Extension Office, come and learn how to "Make a Pursue," enjoyable and educational.

Clay County High School seniors, call the Extension Office and check about the Clay County Extension Homemakers Scholarship.

Get an application. Act now, applications are due back at the Extension Office by May 1.

June 26, at 6:30 p.m., at the Exhibit Hall, will be the closing of the Homemakers year with the annual Achievement Night Program.

The Extension Homemakers and the Extension Office offer lessons and programs as a service to Clay County.

Take advantage of the services as you're always welcome.
