The museum is planning to open in the middle of March. A date will be set in concrete at the meeting.
The board of directors will meet at 6 p.m.
The guest speaker for the meeting will be Marjorie E. Hopkins.
Hopkins' book, "Dying to Meet Him: Wit and Wisdom from a Funeral Director's Wife," was released nationally Dec. 20.
Hopkins has been a freelance writer for more than 30 years as well as serving in writing positions at IBM Greencastle, DePauw University and the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
She has had other various writing positions after graduating from DePauw University, Greencastle, with a degree in English Composition in 1979.
Hopkins is the former co-owner of Pyrotechnic Productions, Inc., an exhibition fireworks, indoor pyrotechnics, and special effects company, which was located in Clay County for 15 years.
Her passion for writing, deep Christian faith and her service to her husband's funeral business in the early 80s combined to allow her to produce the book, published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, LLC, Mustang, Okla.
Following the meeting, Hopkins will be available to sell and sign copies of her book, which is currently available in bookstores everywhere.
