She was born Nov. 10, 1939, in Carterville, Ill., as the daughter of Robert E. and Mildred Lucille Bulliner Craft.
She worked for the Indianapolis Water Company for more than 30 years in accounting and customer service until her retirement in 1994.
She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church of Indianapolis for more than 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother Hazel Craft, and brother Bill Craft.
She is survived by her husband Carlton Tabor, son James Steeb, Indiana-polis, daughter Carol Steeb Tangren, Nashville, Tenn., brothers Robert Craft, Louisville, Ky., Roy Craft, Indianapolis, and David Craft, Indianapolis, sisters Joyce Riggs, Springhill, Fla., Delores Rich, DeQuoines, Ill., Barbara Smith, Carmel, Patty Skirvin, Indianapolis, and Karolyn Napier, Brooklyn, Ind., several nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
Moore Funeral Home of Brazil was chosen to provide cremation services.
Visitation with the family will be noon-2 p.m., March 10, at Faith Baptist Church, 1640 Fry Rd., Greenwood, 46142.
