Annual Easter Egg Hunt set

French Funeral Home will host its fourth Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, March 31, in the field located behind Lawson-Miller Chapel and Crematory, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil.

A rain date has been scheduled for Saturday, April 3.

The event is designed for children ages 0-12.

Children ages 0-4 will hunt for eggs beginning at 1 p.m.

The grand prize for the age group is a Ryder Wagon.

Children ages 5-8 will hunt for eggs beginning at 2 p.m.

The grand prize for the age group is a bicycle.

In addition, children ages 9-12 will hunt for eggs beginning at 3 p.m.

The grand prize for the age group is a portable DVD player package, which includes a portable DVD player, a car charger and three films, including "Real Steel," "The Goonies" and "Puss in Boots."

Last year, the grand prize for the 9-12 age group was an iPod player.

"We just wanted to switch it up a little bit and do something different," French Funeral Home representative Katie French told The Brazil Times.
