She was born May 5, 1924, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Raymond and Thelma Ritcher Christopher.
She attended Brazil High School.
She married Forrest Corrie who preceded her in death.
While living in Brazil, she was a member of the Moose Lodge, the Chit Chat Club and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She had worked for many years as a nurse's aide.
She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Christopher, mother Thelma M. Parker, husband Forrest G. Corrie, sister Ina Mae Orick and stepbrother Paul Grisso.
She is survived by seven children Emma (Marion) Batson, Charles (Karen) Archer, Cheri (Ted) Spurgeon, Yvonne (David) Harmless, Dale (Linda) Archer, Dwain (Tracy) Archer and Charlotte (Dale) Backfish, 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, April 13, at Moore Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, April 13, at the funeral home with Pastor Rich Laskowski officiating.
Burial will follow at Calcutta Cemetery.
