ROCKVILLE -- A pin weaving class will take place Tuesday, May 8, at the Art Gallery in Rockville.
Shirley Adams will instruct the class. She was a college professor of clothing and textiles and conducted the television program, "The Sewing Connection," on PBS.
Cost to attend the class is $54. The cost includes everything participates will need.
Adams will have a box full of kits to choose from as well as the boards on which to weave and the pins to hold it together.
Each student will go home with a finished piece.
