Doors open and serving begins at 7 p.m., and will continue throughout the concert. The event has been set up as a dinner/theater spectacular. It will be fine to get more food during the show as well as moving around and visiting the silent auction.
Entertainment will begin at 7:30 p.m.
All Northview band organizations will take part in a concert/performance in the high school gymnasium.
A food bar with strawberry shortcake, brownies, hot dogs, ice cream, cookies, drinks, coffee, and more will also be featured.
A live auction will be conducted by Pell's Auction and a silent auction will also take place, featuring more than 40 items.
According to organizers, the event is a first-come, first-serve, event, similar to the NHS Christmas Spectacular. There is only room for approximately 500 people in the lower level seating area.
A $5 ticket offers a seat on the lower level and four "food/drink" credits. More credits will be for sale throughout the evening in groups of three for $3. Some food and drink items are one credit, while some are two or three and the top-of-the-line loaded Strawberry Shortcake may cost four or five credits.
Tables may also be reserved in advance. Cost for a six-seat table, including six admission tickets, and 24 food/drink credits is $35. Cost for an eight-seat table, along with eight admission tickets and 32 food/drink credits is $45.
To reserve a table for the event, call 448-2661 and ask for either Bob or Ruth Ann Medworth.
Lower level tickets and reserved tables will go on sale Monday, May 7, at 8 a.m. They may be purchased before school.
A Kindle Fire -- valued at $200 -- will also be raffled. Tickets cost $1 each or $5 for six. Tickets are available at the band office.
A Northview Guard Zumbathon fundraiser has also be scheduled for Saturday, May 12, from 1-3 p.m. The event will take place at the high school.
Cost is $10 per person. Instructors will include Christy Cassassa, Carissa Clarke and Ryan Rodgers.
Tickets may be purchased at the door.
