TERRE HAUTE -- The non-profit Maple Center for Integrative Health will offer the next session of Therapeutic Yoga classes starting Wednesday, June 13.
The class fills quickly, so those interested are encouraged to register early.
The instructor, Jan Croft, MS, LPT, is a licensed physical therapist and masters level mental health counselor. She provides a gentle approach to improve physical conditioning, flexibility and relaxation skills.
The program can be started by anyone.
Classes will meet for six Wednesdays, at 4:30-6 p.m., June 13, 20, 27, and July 11, 18, and 25.
The therapeutic yoga classes are sponsored by and take place at the Hux Cancer Center, 1711 N. 6 ½ St., Terre Haute, north of Union Hospital.
Cost for the six classes is $60. Those interested in registering for the classes should make checks payable to the Maple Center by Friday, June 8.
