Harold Leon Rogers, 76, Brazil, went to heaven May 12, 2012, at home with his family and friends by his side.

Harold was born Dec. 9, 1935, in Brazil, the son of Raymond Roy Rogers and Mary Jane (Williams) Rogers. He attended Brazil High School.

After high school, he served in the United States Army. Following the army, he worked for Conrail Railroad.

He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, American Legion, Moose Lodge, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Harold enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors with the grandchildren and especially his grandson "Bubba."

He was preceded in death by his mother and fathers, brothers Everett, Raymond Jr., Earl, Johnnie and Carl, sisters Beverly and Maxine, and nephews Mike and Donnie Rogers.

He is survived by his wife Wanda (Barron) Rogers, children Sherry Clodfelter (Fred), Brazil, Donna Yard and Paul Brantley, Mesa, Ariz., Harold Lee Rogers, Brazil, Deborah Rogers, Brazil, and Jana Jones, Brazil, grandchildren Tammie Fagg (James), April and Angel England, of Brazil, Billy England, Becky Selvia, of Terre Haute, Mary Gray, Brazil, Brittany Brown (Mark), Jennifer Yard, of Nebraska, and Brandi and Jessica Jones, Greencastle, brother L. Tommy Rogers (Margie), sister Goldie Malone, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 11 a.m., at French Funeral Home, with Rev. Al Riegel officiating. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, May 18, 2012, from 4-8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
