Prizes, donated by local merchants, will include savings bonds and various other items and certificates for all three winners.
Entries will be accepted beginning June 18, and must be post-marked no later than midnight, July 12.
To participate, babies must have been born on or after Jan. 1, 2011, and have not been a winner in a previous contest.
The photo should be no larger than 5-by-7 inches and must have the baby's name and date of birth on the back, along with the parent's name, address and phone number.
All photos will be returned by mail following the contest.
Children of CPC volunteers, staff or board members are not eligible.
A $2 entry fee must accompany the entry form and photo.
Voting will take place at the CPC booth in the Amax building during the 4-H Fair and will begin at 5 p.m., Saturday, July 14, and end at 9 p.m., Thursday, July 19.
Donations of money represent votes.
The three babies with the most money donated will win the prizes as distributed by the CPC.
All the money collected benefits the Crisis Pregnancy Center of the Wabash Valley.
Entry forms will be available at the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Brazil, 20 N. Meridian St., Brazil, Monday through Thursday, from noon-5 p.m.
