*2012 4-H Queen, Princess pageant set for Saturday

While the 2012 Clay County 4-H Fair doesn't officially kick off until July 10 -- with a handful of shows set for that day -- the queen and princess pageant will take place Saturday.

The event will begin at 7 p.m., and will take place at North Clay Middle School.

This year, seven girls are vying for the queen crown and a total of five attempting to win the princess crown.

The following is a list of the queen candidates, including age, parents' names and sponsors:

* Saiti Desaraigh Nicole Booe, 17, daughter of Kent and Tina Booe. Saiti is sponsored by H and B cattle Company,

* Alexus Leigh Cooksey, 17, daughter of Theresa Cooksey and Robert Cooksey. Alexus is sponsored by Auto ER,

* Brianna Alexis Dierdorff, 17, daughter of Leah Hood and Brian Dierdorff. Brianna is sponsored by "I Do" Rentals,

* Caitlyn Marie Jenkins, 17, daughter of Merideth Jenkins. Caitlyn is sponsored by Fusion Hair Salon,

* Holli Renee Moore, 20, daughter of Rich and Darla Moore. Holli is sponsored by Burger Farms,

* Brandi Danielle Sanders, 17, daughter of Brad Sanders. Brandi is sponsored by VH Rabbits, and

* Andrea Lynn Schultz, 17, daughter of Veika and Charles Schultz. Andrea is sponsored by State Farm Insurance.
