The Terre Haute Havoc 11u baseball team recently traveled south to Panama City Beach, Fla., over the fourth of July holiday and competed in the 2012 Grand Slam World Series.

The Havoc played a week of baseball and came away with a runner-up finish to the host squad, the Panama City Beach Bashers.

The next stop for the Havoc was a trip to Columbus, Ind., where the squad competed in the USSSA World Series.

The hectic schedule continued as the team competed over four days and completed an undefeated slate and brought home the championship to the Wabash Valley. The Terre Haute Havoc is currently ranked third in the nation in USSSA AA power ratings.
