During its recent meeting, Clay County Popcorn Festival President Evelyn Brown (right) recently presented a donation from the organization to Clay Community Skate Park representative Roberta Weliever. In addition, the organization will conduct a Country Rhodes Fish Fry to kick off the 2012 Popcorn Festival, Thursday, Oct. 4, with all proceeds going to the Skate Park.
