The Brazil Winged Modelers, in conjunction with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) will host its annual Air Show Sunday, Aug. 19, at the Brazil-Clay County Airport, to raise money for MDA.
The event is scheduled to begin at noon at the airport, 475 E. CR 600 N., Brazil.
The air show is named after Don May, an early member of the Terre Haute R/C Club who died of muscular dystrophy in 1989.
The air show will feature Bi-Planes (aerobatic flying), Warbirds (jets and helicopters) and full scale static displays.
Food and drinks will be available at the event.
