The song of the month was "Bicycle Built for Two."

The meeting was closed with the Homemakers Prayer.

Tri Kappa

Tri Kappa is inviting all ladies in the community to the Tri Kappa Euchre-Rama for the 2012-13 season.

The event will begin in September.

Team up with friends and join the fun. Cost to participate in the league is $25 per person. Teams play Euchre once a month, September through May.

Monthly team scores are collected and added together. Cash prizes are given at the end of the season to the top three scoring teams.

All proceeds from the league will benefit the Tri Kappa scholarships, given annually to students graduating from Northview and Clay City.

For more information or to sign up, call Megan Grey-Bayler at 812-239-6728.

Husband and wife teams should also contact Grey-Bayler if they are interested in participating in a couples Euchre league.
