GREENCASTLE -- The Putnam County Senior Health Fair will take place Tuesday, Sept. 11, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Putnam County Fairgrounds.
There will be various health screenings and flu shots available throughout the exhibit hall.
Free Bingo games will highlight the day with a variety of prizes provided by local merchants.
Some prizes have been donated by McDonald's, Papa John's, Final Approach, A&J Bowl, Buffalo Wild Wings, Double Decker, Fairway Restaurant, Arbys, China Buffet and Almost Home.
Summerfield Health Care of Cloverdale will be the lead sponsor of the event. Other sponsors attending will be Visiting Angels, Horizon Hospice Care, Hearing Care Professionals, The Waters, Putnam County Hospital, Midwest Medical Services, Hickory Creek at Sunset, Mill Pond, Autumn Glen Senior Community, Indiana Home Care Plus and Asbury Towers.
A barbecued pulled pork luncheon will be available at a nominal cost.
The day will conclude with vendor recognition and awarding of gifts and drawings for grand prizes consisting of $50, $100 and $200.
