He was born April 4, 2012, in Indiana, to the late William David McCullough and Ruth Bernhardt McCullough.
Mr. McCullough retired after 30 years of service from the United States Navy as a Master Chief, having served on the USS Eisenhower and the USS Independence.
He was an avid golfer, loved the races, enjoyed walking, his Harley Davidson motorcycle and his beloved cats.
Survivors include the love of his life for 53 years, Betty J. McCullough, sons Monte McCullough, Pace, Fla., and Mark McCullough, Crestview, Fla., brothers Don Homer (Isla) McCullough, Center Point, and Jack (Nancy) McCullough, Brazil, sister Winnie (Jack) Knust, Cory, and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life took place Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, in Milton, Fla.
Interment followed in Memory Park Cemetery.
National Cremation and Burial Society of Milton, Fla., was entrusted with arrangements.
