Joe Condry has been involved with the haunt industry for 15 years. This year he and his wife Tiffany decided to create a Murder Mansion in Brazil.
Sponsors for the Murder Mansion are the Clay County Humane Society, Dean's Party Mania, Papa John's, Blackburn Collision, Homes Express, A+ Printing, Alicia Reed Thomas and Debbie's Country Kennel.
The murder mansion is open from 8 p.m.-12 a.m., on Fridays and Saturdays in October. Admission is $7 at the door for all ages. Fliers with $2 off coupons for the mansion can be found around town and in Papa John's.
Condry recommends that parents use their best judgment in bringing their children, but said it would likely be more enjoyable for kids who are able to walk and move around on their own.
Part of the proceeds earned from the Murder Mansion will be donated to the Clay County Humane Society.
The last weekend the Murder Mansion will be open is Oct. 26-27.
