Frank Beasley (D), Brazil, is running for surveyor in the upcoming election.
Beasley has owned and operated his own towing company for the past seven years. He feels his honesty and integrity qualifies him for the position of surveyor.
"I think I can do a good job at it," he said. "It's about doing your job right."
Beasley called himself a family man, explaining he's been married for 23 years and has two sons and one daughter.
"I've been hardworking all my life," Beasley said.
After living in Clay County for the past 19 years, Beasley said he gives to the local community as much as he can. He is on the planning and zoning board, and he is a member of the Zorah Shrine and Masonic Lodge and a committeeman in his township -- Dick Johnson -- among many other things.
"It's about doing my job right and doing it well," Beasley said.
The 2012 election is Tuesday, Nov. 6.
