For the rest of the year, a local gas station will be giving back to its customers.

Recently, Hardeep Singh, owner of Quik Pick South Marathon, 7996 N. SR 59, Brazil, informed The Brazil Times the station will pump gas for seniors through Dec. 31, 2012, as a way of saying thank you to customers.

Singh said he purchased the store Oct. 13, 2006, and offering the gas pumping for customers is his way of celebrating six years of service.

Station associates will pump gasoline for seniors every Tuesday, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Singh added the service may continue into 2013.
