Washington Township Circle Club

The Washington Township Circle Club met Oct. 10, at the home of Linda Sheide, at 1 p.m.

We repeated the pledge to the American Flag and our Homemakers Creed in unison.

July England gave devotions from "The Upper Room."

We sang, "You Are My Sunshine."

Roll call was answered by telling "Why I Like October," by four members.

The treasurer's and secretary's reports were given and approved. Collections were taken.

Judy gave the health and safety lesson.

Linda gave a reading on the American Flag.

Rosalind read the Sept. 29, 1995, newsletter for October's "A Homemakers Creed."

Judy gave the lesson, "Wrap It Up."

We closed with singing the Homemaker's Prayer.

Delicious refreshments were served and enjoyed.

Our next meeting will take place Nov. 8, at the home of Doris Romas. Those attending the 10 a.m., meeting are asked to bring a covered dish.
