To the Editor:

Brylee Wallace, your 2012 Miss Indiana Sweetheart, would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped her toward her monetary and sponsorship goals to get her to nationals in Orlando, Fla.

Brylee stated that she is very happy to know that people in her community care about her and want to know about the different things she has done.

After Brylee was crowned the Miss Indiana Sweetheart in August this year through the America Co-Ed Pageants, she was ready to put forth her efforts to talk to businesses and individuals about what she has accomplished and what she wants to do in her future.

So far, she has been able to attend the Indiana State Fair, participate in the downtown Terre Haute Festival, Labor Day Parade, and she helped at the Hero's Breakfast at Pappy's.

She also attended the K-Day Parade, had a cotton candy stand at the Cory Apple Festival, as well as being in the parade, she accompanied the Ambassador at the Popcorn Festival of Clay County, helped with the Fall Follies Pageant in Indianapolis, was supported by community friends and family at her luncheon at the Clay County Courthouse, and lastly, she worked during the Covered Bridge Festival.

These are only a few of the things that Brylee has been able to participate in as well as getting to meet new people and grow in so many ways to help her become a stronger person.

She would have not been able to get this far without the support of her community, friends, family and businesses.

Brylee and her family will be headed to Florida the week of Thanksgiving to participate in the national pageant, where Brylee hopes to have fun, meet new friends, take her brothers to Disney World, and try her best toward representing the state of Indiana.

Brylee Wallace and family,

Brazil
