ROCKVILLE -- The Rockville Hometown Holidays event will take place Nov. 30-Dec. 2.
The historic 100-year-old Ritz Theatre, located in downtown Rockville, will be hosing a Christmas movie Friday, Nov. 30, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 1, at 4 and 7 p.m.
On Sunday, Dec. 2, Parke Players will offer their annual Christmas play, this year presenting, "The Nutcracker," at 2 and 5 p.m.

The show features Parke County's youngest thespians.
"Santa's Lil' Secret," shoppe will be open Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., in addition to Sunday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Goodies, crafts, gifts and more will be available.
Clarks' Reception Hall will feature its Christmas Bazaar Saturday, Dec. 1, as well.
The courthouse square located on United States 36 will be the site for the lighting of the Community Christmas Tree at 6 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1.
There will be carolers, Santa will be on site with Mrs. Claus, and elves will be at the Hot Chocolate House from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Santa will be on hand from 5-6:30 p.m.
The Rockville Public Library will offer Santa and his elves decorating cookies and coloring Christmas pictures from 10-11:30 a.m., Dec. 1, as well.
The annual Christmas Home Tour, sponsored by the Covered Bridge Art Association, will also take place Saturday, Dec. 1, from 1-6 p.m.
