Lucille Miller Foxworthy, 95, Greenwood, went home to meet her Lord on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012. She was born Aug. 30, 1917, in Brazil, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Sam Foxworthy, her son Billy Joe, Tampa, Fla., her mother and father Francis and Dave Miller, five brothers and two sisters, all of Brazil, one granddaughter Sheri Brumett, one great-grandson Tommy Coomer, and one great-great-grandson Joshua Haughey.
Lucille is survived by her children Shirley Knight (John), Norma Wilson (George), Mildred Brumett and Roger Foxworthy, 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren. Lucille is survived by her sisters Edith Lawson, Helen Brettell, Brazil, Zola Webster, and Ann James (Jack), Terre Haute.
Lucille has been a very important, loving person in the lives of her family, friends and loved ones and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapolis, Ind., 46222, with burial at Floral Park Cemetery. Visitation is from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., until service time Saturday, Dec. 1, at the funeral home.
