She was born July 24, 1931, in Brazil, to Leo and Veronica (Bussing) Brunette.
On Nov. 25, 1954, she married Orin R. McCullough in Annunciation Catholic Church, Brazil, and he survives.
For more than 15 yeas, she worked as a secretary for Bemis Bag Company.
She was an active member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Terre Haute.
In her spare time, she volunteered for the Birth Right Organization, Terre Haute, and was a tutor at the Vigo County Library.
Margaret enjoyed traveling and gardening.
Surviving Margaret are her husband Orin, children Mike (Kelly) McCullough, Perrysburg, Elizabeth McCullough, Buffalo, N.Y., and Kim McCullough, Denver, Colo., grandchildren Nicholas and Lucas McCullough, and Conner and Gabrielle Lindholm, brothers Clem Brunette, Brazil, Robert (Gladys) Brunette, Burlington, Ill., Jimmy Welch, and Tommy Welch, both of California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers John, Ed and Vincent Brunette.
Family and friends will be received Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, from 4-8 p.m., at the Callahan-DeBaun Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave., Terre Haute, with a Rosary Service being conducted at 7 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at 10 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Terre Haute. Officiating will be Father Rick Ginther.
Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum.
