Grand Champion!

Ten-year-old Ellie Emmert was one of the two grand champions of the Clay County Health Department's "Working Towards a Healthy Community" Tobacco Prevention Billboard contest. Ellie, daughter of Todd and Tammy Emmert, Knightsville, is homeschooled through Christ Community Church. Her drawing will be placed on a billboard near First Christian Church, Brazil.
