The Washington Township Circle Club met Dec. 12, 2012, at Judy England's home. Delicious Christmas dinner was served. Rosalind gave table grace.
Linda Schiele called the meeting to order.
Five members, naming their favorite Christmas carol, answered roll call. Brenda led the group in singing "Silent Night."
The secretary and treasurer's reports were read and approved. England gave a safety lesson on colon disease. Linda gave a report called "A Day for Gratitude Mr. Lincoln." Linda made 18 bags for the children's project. Doris Romas gave a lesson called "There is More to Consider than the China."
The group closed by singing the Homemaker's Prayer. The refreshments and gift exchange was enjoyed by all. The next meeting will be at Rosalind Schopmeyer's house on Jan. 10, at 1 p.m.
