Brazil man arrested Tue.

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

A Brazil man was arrested earlier this week stemming from sending graphic text messages and photographs to a juvenile's cell phone.

According to Clay County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Josh Clarke, Jeremy Kiefling, 33, Brazil, was arrested early Tuesday morning and preliminarily charged with Child Solicitation.

However, Clarke said Wednesday that charges have been refiled to Desimination of Matter that is Harmful to a Minor.

According to Clarke, the juvenile's father discovered alledged illicit text messages on a cell phone and immediately contacted authorities.

Clarke said in the text messages, Kiefling was allegedly soliciting the juvenile for graphic photographs.

During the course of the investigation, Clarke said a graphic photo, allegedly of and sent by Kiefling, was sent to the minor in the presence of Clarke.

Kiefling was arrested without incident early Tuesday morning.

Charges were changed, according to Clarke, after the Clay County Prosecutor's office had reviewed the case Tuesday.

While Clarke said the investigation is ongoing, he said investigators are not sure how long communication between Kiefling and the minor had taken place.

As of Wednesday, Kiefling remained incarcerated at the Clay County Justice Center on $7,000 bond, with no 10 percent allowed.

So THANKFUL this parent PAYS ATTENTION to what his juvenile child is doing and doesn't just "assume" his child is perfect.

Further thankful this twisted individual is off the streets. Hey, buddy .. buy a magazine instead! It's safer for everyone.

No American 21 I don't care to explain my "Oh geez....." But since you want to know....must be an enquiring mind......oh geez was the nicest thing I could say! So, before you jump to conclusions about what my comment meant....oh wait...you already did that! This gentleman is sick and troubled to send that crap to a juvenile. I hope he gets what he needs....and I'll leave it at that!
