Family offers thanks to community

To the Editor:

The family of 5-year-old Kaleb Standley would like to take this time to thank the wonderful people at Berea Church for putting together the chicken noodle dinner benefit for Kaleb on March 3.

It was headed by Kristi Cundiff, Linda Cooper, Pam Burns, Debi Brown and Jamie Bell.

There were so many others who helped in donating food items, cooking, serving, set up and clean up, that I could not name everyone because I wouldn't want to leave anyone out.

I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support that the whole community has shown Kaleb and his family during this time. Words can't express how thankful we are for everything.

Thanks to everyone who came out and the many donations that were made to make this event possible.
