Delois Fair Taylor, 79, Ellisville, Miss., died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Miss. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at Covington County Church of Christ on Highway 588. Brother Mike Conley and Brother. Gregory Michael Cole will officiate. A second memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013 in the Family Life Center of Liberty Baptist Church in Bronston, Ky. Brother. Ulanda Price will officiate. Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery.

Delois always had a smile to share and was loved by many friends. She was known by all who knew her as "Grandma Dee." She enjoyed spending her time with her grandchildren, especially taking them fishing, and working in her yard.

Delois is preceded in death by her parents, Rev. George O. "G.O." and Nettie Marie Fair; her first husband and high school sweetheart, Glenn Smith, who was the father of her first two children, Bob and Karen; her late husband, James R. Taylor with whom she shared many years and two daughters, Lisa and Sue-Ellen; son, Robert G. Smith; daughter, Patricia Karen Smith Richards and sister, Ila Jennings.

Survivors include daughters, Lisa Taylor Walters (Mark), Ellisville, Miss. and Sue-Ellen Anderson (Kevin), Carmel, daughter-in-law, Kathy Smith Butt (Duane), Brazil, sisters, Doris "Corky" Waddle, Somerset, Ky. and Dixie Mayfield, Somerset, Ky., grandchildren, Ashley Smith Zavela (Allen), Mt. Zion, Ill., Austin Smith (Courtney), Noblesville, Zane Anderson, Carmel, Chelsea Walters, Ellisville, Miss., great grandchildren, Emerson Kate Zavela and Hadley Gray Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lipodystrothy United Organization: 120 Kensington Court, Mt. Zion, Ill., 62549.
