Elks Lodge 762 gives back

Sunday, June 22, 2014

Brazil Elks Lodge 762, 19 South Sherfey St., Brazil, provided four of the community's non-profit and emergency agencies funds to help support their operations. This year, the Brazil Elks Lodge provided cash gifts to Shop With a Cop Program, sponsored by the Brazil Police Department; Brazil Fire Department; Clay County Habitat for Humanity; and Brazil Boy Scout Troop 101. Each received $500. Helping the community by way of gifts and other supporting activities are ways the Elks Lodge fulfills its commitment to make Brazil and Clay County a better place to live and raise a family.
