Teresa Kay Racer, 73, Brazil, Indiana, passed away Tuesday December 13, 2016 at her home in Brazil. She was born in Indiana on August 30, 1943 to the late Herman and Freida (Booker) Walters. Teresa graduated from Dugger High School and worked as a CNA at Cloverleaf Healthcare. She was a member of Eastern Star, the Sunshine Club, and enjoyed collecting Longaberger Baskets, and playing Bingo.
