Phillip Moran, 54, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis surrounded by his family. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 21, 1962 to the late Charles and Nannie (Rector) Moran. Phill graduated from Van Buren High School in 1981 and married Pamela Cooper on December 31, 1984. He worked as a diesel mechanic at Pyles Transport. Phill was a hard worker that loved helping people and spending time with his family. He enjoyed riding his Harley, shooting guns, traveling and attending his kids activities.
Phill was preceded in death by his brothers, John, Roger, Wayne, and Daniel Moran, as well as grandson, Dallas Epple.
Survivors Include: Wife: Pam “Tubs” Moran, Brazil, Indiana; Sons: Jordan Moran, Brazil, Indiana, Hunter “Bub” Moran, Brazil, Indiana, Ramon Epple, Brazil, Indiana; Daughter: Brittney (Eric) Rissler, Brazil, Indiana; Brother: Mike Moran, Indianapolis, Indiana; Sisters: Patricia Lane, Indianapolis, Indiana, Linda (Bobby) Stewart, Brazil, Indiana; Grandchildren: Tinsley Jade Rissler, Jacob Epple.
The family will accept friends for visitation from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Thursday January 5, 2016 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil. A private service will be held with burial at Center Point Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.moorefuneralhomes.com.
