‘Beginning Genealogy’ topic of local meeting

Thursday, February 16, 2017

Joyce Oehler, who’s done extensive genealogical research on her own family and for patrons of the library with Clay County roots, will present a program next week called “Beginning Genealogy.”

Those interested in learning more about how to find their family’s history are invited to attend the program, which is part of the Clay County Genealogical Society’s meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday. It takes place in the Society’s library at the corner of Gilbert and Main streets in Center Point.

Refreshments will be served by Suzanne Mace and Carolyn Branson.
