Snowflake Pageant draws lots of cute kids

Nearly 30 children entertained moms, dads, and other relatives and friends at the 2017 Christmas in the Park Snowflake Pageant at North Clay Middle School Sunday afternoon. This is one of the first events to kick off the annual Christmas in the Park celebration. Jacob Baskin and Julie Baskin (top) were chosen King and Queen. Jonah Bryan and Kenadie Phillips (bottom) will reign as Snowflake Prince and Princess this year. Be sure to check out the special Christmas in the Park publication later this week in The Brazil Times It will contain more information about the Snowflake Pageant. On Friday, the Christmas Parade steps off at 7 p.m. and will travel from Vandalia to Depot streets along National Avenue.
