To the editor:

On behalf of the Poland Community Lions Club, I would like to express our appreciation to the Clay Community Foundation for the generous grant which was recently awarded. This grant will provide a safe surface for the children who use the playground in the Poland Lions Park, and two benches that are will allow parents to supervise their children in comfort. In addition, the grant will fund a trash receptacle which will help keep the park looking neat and attractive.

Thank you again to the Clay Community Foundation for this significant addition to the community of Poland.
