4th flower box at intersection

Sunday, April 14, 2019

Local artist Olivia Provines is pictured with her flower box entry for the Brazil Main Street’s art contest to bring a splash of color to the community at the intersection of State Road 59 and National Avenue/US 40. Four flower boxes, which are planted in the spring and maintained throughout the growing season into the fall, are on display at the intersection. The fourth flower box has been completed by Provines (along with a little help from her son Adrian) when the original contestant was unable to complete the project. The box was placed at the intersection Friday evening. The Brazil Times did a walk-around video so local residents could get a close-up view of the talented work on display and can be viewed online at www.thebraziltimes.com.
