Purdue Extension’s Nature Day teaches kids and families about the importance of our environment, wildlife, and how we work with them in our daily lives. Exhibits included beekeepers, rehabilitated raptors, information on our local watersheds, and invasive species. Amber Slaughterbeck of Southern Indiana Cooperative Invasives Management, also spoke on identifying and managing invasive plant species within our county.
