Tuesday, November 19, 2019

The Energy Assistance Program through Western Indiana Community Action Agency, Inc. began on November 1. This federally funded program is designed to help low-income families with the high costs of home energy. Income eligible families are provided a one-time benefit to their heating and electric accounts to offset some of the cost of utility bills during the winter months.

Application may be made by downloading an application at: www.wicaa.org/energy.html, stopping in to one of our offices or calling to request an application.

Appointments are not needed unless heating and/or electric service has been disconnected or a notice of disconnection has been received.
