CLUB: Clay City Calico Quilters

The December meeting of the Clay City Calico Quilters was held on December 10 at the Faith Southern Baptist Church in Clay City.

Twelve members plus three guests enjoyed a delicious carry-in meal plus games and friendship.

Tessie Cashman showed a table topper and a Sun Bonnet Sue table runner. Marilyn Funk showed a snowman wall hanging and a garland made from yo-yos. Rosemary Stephens showed a Christmas tree made from thread spools and Sandra Inman showed a table topper and a Friendship quilt.

Our next meeting will be January 21 at 10 a.m. in the REIN Center Library in Clay City. Please bring 2 1/4 yards coordinating piecing materials (or 2-foot quarters) for making a trivet. Bring any item for show and tell.
