North Clay Fall Sports

Tuesday, Aug. 4 — 6, 7 & 8 Grade XC practice 4:00 p.m. at North Clay

Wednesday, Aug. 8 — 7 & 8 Grade Volleyball, 7 & 8 Grade Football practice after school til 6:00

Any incoming 6th grade student or 7th/8th grade student who did not participate last year will need a new physical.

Returning 7th/8th athletes from last year with a physical on file will need to fill out the IHSAA Health History/Consent & Release Form (Located on North Clay web page under Athletics)

All student/athletes will need to register on Final Forms. Parents have to register the athlete first. Once the parent has registered, then the athlete can confirm. Do not use school email addresses. All signatures will be electronic using Final Forms except the IHSAA Health History Form. (Final Forms instructions located on North Clay web page under Athletics)
