Police chief pays tribute to those who died, courage of citizens

September 11th is a date that will forever bring about memories of overwhelming tragedy. One of the worst days most of us have ever seen. It is a date when we remember and honor the lives lost by unimaginable acts of terrorism on our homeland. It is a date we will always recognize and which should be our duty as Americans to preserve for future generations, so that they know what happened to us in our time and how we responded to it.
