On Monday, June 24, Judge Trout swore in Clay County CASA’s first advocate of 2024. Sarah Lopez-Dunn completed her training and has accepted her first case. We look forward to all that she will do to help rewrite a child’s story!

Clay County CASA currently has over 50 children who urgently need a CASA assigned to them. These Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) work tirelessly to be the voice of our most vulnerable children…children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Your commitment of just a few hours each month can make a significant difference in these children’s lives.

You, too, can help to change the world one child at a time! If you want to become a CASA, please call us at 812-448-9035!
