ROSELLA JOYCE PAYNE, Brazil, IN

Rosella Joyce Payne, 77, passed away August 2, 2024. Joyce was born to the late Russell and Rosemary Krider on December 25, 1946.

Joyce attended Brazil High School. Joyce was a devoted mother, grandmother, and mimi. She was a big animal lover, especially her dogs. In her free time, she enjoyed playing card games, Yahtzee, and bingo, she was also the champion of Mario Kart. She loved watching Hallmark Christmas movies. Most of all, she greatly loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Forrest “Joe” Payne, a brother, Russell Krider Jr. and a sister, Rita Harpold.

Joyce is survived by her three children, Janette “Susie” Hargrave (Bob), Terri Knight (Rodney), and Troy Payne (Cassandra “Cassi”), grandchildren, Kayla, Josie, Brittany, Courtney, Rachel, Libbie, Alan, Stevie, great grandchildren, Kayden, Paccen, Colton, Lilly, Benton, Lex, Abal, McKinley, and Mira Jade, and a brother, Richard Krider (Judith).

A visitation will be held Friday, August 9th from 4-6 P.M. at French Funeral Home, 421 East National Avenue in Brazil. A funeral service will begin at 6 P.M. Cremation will follow.
