On September 11, 2001, nearly 3,000 people lost their lives in the most devastating attack on American soil. Twenty-three years have passed since the terrorist attack that forever changed the world as we know it.

On Wednesday, the Brazil Fire Department hoisted a large American Flag above US 40 in front of Brazil City Hall, reminding us of our duty to remember and honor those who lost their lives.
