He was a graduate of Turkey Run High School.
He was preceded in death by a brother, James A. Williams.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley J. Oswalt, Texas; two sisters, Betty Nichols, Fillmore, IN; and Sandra (Bob) Briggs of Martinsville, IN; and a brother, Mickey Oswalt.
There will be no visitation or funeral.
