Born in Kentucky, April 25, 1916, she was the daughter of John Morgan Mullins and Arrilla Burke Mullins.

Survivors include three daughters, Barbara (Larry) Brown, Rosedale, Ind.; Betty (James) Leach, Richmond, Ind.; Beverly (Phil) Jenkins, Dayton, Ohio; one sister, Ruth Mitchell, Spiceland, Ind.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted Saturday, July 29 at 11 a.m. at the Cottrell-Gooch Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, July 28, 4-8 p.m at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
