Students practice Christmas spirit of giving

Earlier this month, North Clay Middle School special needs students Tyler Alsip, Tamara Eaglin, Sarah Pemberton and Mark Bowling were a few of the 12 students that helped sell handmade creations at the "Goda's Gift Sale" display table during their lunch time at school. The students turned their classroom into Santa's gift shop while creating magnets, soap, stockings, ornaments and made goodies like fudge and suckers. Money raised during the event, over $700 in three days, will help support a local family in need during this holiday season.
