Reader questions use of golf carts

To the Editor:

In Monday evening's newspaper, there was a letter about lawn mowers (riding ones) going all over the city.

What about the golf carts?

They ride in the roads, sidewalks, in the park, especially when the Fourth of July carnival is going on.

Some ride around with their lights turned off and just about run into people at the carnival, also at the band concerts.

They tell children not to ride their bikes in the parks.
