Keep vehicles off of sidewalks

To the Editor:

There have been letters about riding mowers. I also feel they should be in the yard, not on our streets and sidewalks.

I have seen mowers at drinking establishments. I have the same issue with golf carts and scooters.

If they are going to be on the streets, the vehicle and the drivers should be licensed.

Maybe the money we make, we can get better water pipes for Brazil.

They tend to break several times a year.
